Reservation and Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking with RightHomeRentals, a deposit of 100% of the total amount of your stay is required. Reservations can be made directly through our website, by phone or email. Once the deposit has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking. The booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and the confirmation has been issued.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 14 days in advance for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 5 days of your arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total reservation amount. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before arrival are non-refundable. In case of no-show or cancellation after check-in, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
